Since its inception in 2014, ShockWave has been making waves, with over 26 successful projects under its belt and counting. One shining example of its capabilities is the recent FIFA and World Rugby-compliant 3G pitch installation at Preston School in Yeovil. Using Tarkett's PureGrain makes this installation unique, as the surface infill aligns with our commitment to a greener future. By avoiding the use of rubber crumb infill, which has come under scrutiny and falls under an EU-wide ban on intentionally added microplastics, we're taking a significant step toward environmental consciousness.
Our Research and Development Department has been hard at work since 2014, continuously striving to meet the evolving demands of our customers across all sectors. They've searched for the most sustainable design solutions for their sports pitch projects. In response, we are thrilled to introduce an expanded range of ShockWave products.

ShockWave Hockey, in collaboration with England and Great Britain Hockey star Sam Ward, is a tile specifically designed for hockey.

Shockwave Platinum
The ShockWave Platinum tile, launched in 2021, is 15mm slimmer than its predecessor, measuring 40mm, whilst still maintaining unrivaled critical fall height results of up to 2.50m.
